課程概述

本課程探討憲政主義的相關問題，包括西方憲政思想的起源與發展，憲政與民主法治的關係，以及當代憲政發展的爭議所在等等。閱讀資料以英文文獻為主，但也包括國內對於憲政問題的最新論述。

 閱讀指定教材，輪流報告及參與討論，期末報告（8000字以上）。
